  There is a wonderful lady named Pat who has helped my family and I numerous times. You can't say enough good things about someone like this. I can only imagine the sacrifices she makes in order to help so many. And then there is this lady who answers the phones. What a jerk. Go work at McD's or the jail if you want to come off as a sociopath or something. Otherwise, God bless St. Basil and all those involved.
